My family was very impressed with the Cartier Place Suite Hotel, not only because it was so well situated downtown, but also because of the way they were welcomed and treated by the hotel staff.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and above all, everything was spotlessly clean - which is a big deal! Both my mother and my cousin come from Switzerland, where you can imagine the standards are very high! My Mom made a point of telling me that she was surprised to see the hotel staff constantly cleaning and wiping things down. The room service was first rate, as was breakfast each morning at the Cartier Place restaurant. They also commented on how peaceful and quiet it was at night.

All in all, a 5-star rating for the Cartier Place Suite Hotel. I'm sure they would recommend it to anyone they knew traveling to Ottawa.

Maxsys Staffing & Consulting Inc. have been dealing with the Cartier Suites Hotel for over 6 years. We hold 2 national retreats a year and also smaller training sessions for our employees. We use the conference rooms, the guest suites and also hold meet and greets in the restaurant. The staff have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Right up to last minute changes as well as any changes during our functions. We also book our out of town employees at the hotel when they’re needed in Ottawa.

Most friendly and helpful staff at your service from the minute you walk in, their friendly smiles make for the best first impression of hotel. They were courteous and helpful in ensuring my car's parking and facilitating all details of my check in. Everything about the Cartier Place and their penthouse suite was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy, comfortable and well equipped. Their restaurant where we had dinner was also of excellent service. A beautiful view of Ottawa's Elgin Street can be captured from their penthouse suite, perfect atmosphere for a calm 'stay-cation' or a pleasant visit to Ottawa. Although my stay was short and sweet, I will be sure to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had an incredible time at the Cartier Place Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with its location, it's an oasis inside the city. We walked everywhere. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and we will be back.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel is the home away from home for Menopause The Musical. Our company, Shaggypup Productions, has been coming home to the Cartier for two year running and will be there again this fall. We stayed for 6 weeks each time and were treated like gold by the lovely staff ...any time in Ottawa. The units are large, clean, and so well equipped. As for location, it is unparalleled. Everything is within walking distance.

I give it two thumbs up and will stay there any time I'm in Ottawa. I actually brought my son to Ottawa for a few days of skating on the Rideau this winter. Fabulous!!
